Bang & Olufsen, makers of overpriced and strangely designed home theatre equipment and gadgets, are at it again. This wacky little doodad is their new Beo 5 remote control. It doesn't look like the most ergonomic remote ever, but it's certainly distinctive. It has a little touchscreen on the top with a wheel of physical buttons below.

Controlling not just your home theatre, but basically anything else in your home that requires remote controlling, the Beo 5 can be customized to your liking. The touchscreen can show the logos of the channels you have, so you don't even need to look at the TV to choose what you want to watch. It's all very nice and everything, but it's also sure to cost way, way more than a remote should when the price is announced, so I'll just stick with that $4.99 universal remote I got at Target. — Adam Frucci
